This project represents a long-term carbon asset development initiative for rubber plantation areas in Phu Ruea District, Loei Province, under Thailand’s T-VER mechanism. Implemented by Charoen Pokphand Agriculture Co., Ltd., the project applies systematic plantation management practices, including precision field monitoring, biomass assessment, wildfire prevention, and sustainable soil and nutrient management across more than 964 rai of eligible plantation area. Through continuous enhancement of plantation productivity and ecosystem stability, the project is expected to achieve approximately 4,078 tCO₂e of annual greenhouse gas sequestration and reduction, reinforcing Thailand’s transition toward nature-based climate solutions and sustainable land use management.
